What Happens When You Add a New Post?

When you add a new post how does it show up on the blog page?

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IT SHOW UP?

What is the order of the post? Does it automatically go to the top? How do you make it so that only a snippet shows on the blog page and then you click through for the whole post?

WE CAN DO ONLY SNIPPET, WOULD THAT BE WITH TITLE AS WELL?
